What leads to an outstanding client relationship? How do clients grade the value they receive? In the next free online PCPS Practice Management Forum, consultant Allen Boress will offer insights on how to better manage your important business relationships to achieve higher fees, better retention, more referrals and happier employees.

In this interactive presentation, which will take place on July 17 from 2 to 3.30 EST, you will learn:

·         Why clients leave their CPA firms.

·         What causes clients to stay with a firm.

·         How clients view fees.

·         How clients determine what constitutes quality client service.

·         How to avoid the most common mistakes professionals make in taking care of clients.

The session will feature a live PowerPoint presentation followed by a Q&A segment. Registration is easy: Simply send an e-mail no later than July 12 to PCPS@aicpa.org, and let us know you would like to attend. Your registration will be confirmed by receipt of an e-mail with the details (including a dial-in phone number and URL) on how to join us on July 17.

Allen S. Boress, CPA, CFE, was named one of the Top 100 People in the Accounting Profession by Accounting Today magazine and is a four-time recipient of the Illinois CPA Foundation Instructor Excellence Award, Honorable Mention.
