Week ‘o Searches!

May 13th, 2007

Tomorrow begins WFME’s week-long feature Week ‘o Searches!

While thousands of searches a week bring people to WFME, their visits here don’t often get them exactly what they’re looking for. Someone searching for “chinese donut machine” might find a post about Chinese Food & Donut Stores, and a guy searching for “what does bleach do to me if I ingest it” might find a post about questions barely related to his quest. And that person searching for “cranially endowed sunglasses” might only find a post about big heads.

Well not during WFME’s Weak ‘o Searches — where WFME will take a unique search string each day that’s brought people here…and write a post about it.

So, hang on tight, and don’t miss this special week long feature. It’s bound to stun, surprise and satisfy!

True story: I found WFME by looking for Capri Sun Juice!

I first found this site after searching for “Small, white men ISO big, black, truckdrivin’ ladies”. Dunno.

It’s nice to know all my readers come from Google.

I found this site by way of an example of “be all” used as part of a linguistics final. And then I found it again the next day by looking for “cheese movies.” Coincidence, or conspiracy?

I found WFME because I was really bored at work one day, and instead of working, I decided to type a random thought into Google, which was “can I eat styrofoam?”

Imagine my joy at discovering a post about the desire to eat styrofoam peanuts.
