If you don’t follow the rules of the neighborhood watch, don’t be surprised to find your tires slashed or your mail boxed knocked over. If you don’t comply, don’t expect any protection from them.

Also, I nominate you for Minister of Sound. That just sounds like a cool gig. (Shouldn’t El Capitan de Ojos share jurisdiciton over #10 with the Minister of Sound? Or is the Minister of Sound only called in if the source of the sound is identified?)
