Well I happen to be the one case in which the generic makes a good choice because I buy sorbet when I actually only ever eat ice cream. Sorbet is just another item that that makes it tricky to get the ice cream out of the freezer drawer.

Of course you’ve gotta have it. I’m a healthy, happening person. I BUY sorbet. But eat it? What’s the point? It’s like fruit juice to me: no point. I don’t even drink fruit juice. I think it’s a con. Just eat the fruit.

Sorbet to me is like diet chocolate. Again no frickin’ point. So my obilgatory sorbet sits there either super freezing to congealed mass to rival, like, something ultra super hard like, definitely, one of my spoons. Or it melts and refreezes into a unappealing slushy snot.

Generic’ll do me fine thanks guys.

Jerry – Don’t get me started on Coldstone Creamery either — that crap melts in five seconds after they hand it to you. Pay people to mush up your ice cream? I think NOT.

sorbet, sherbert, gelato, Water Ice (for the philly masses). Its all so damn confusing anymore! Can’t I just get a cold favorful dessert treat after I have finished all of my lima beans? And don’t even get me started on Coldstone Creamery. Oy!
