DGM – Thanks for the advice. I didn’t touch them and this morning there were only four of them. I figure, at this rate, they’ll be gone by tomorrow along with my fear.

What are you supposed to do with the acorns? Well Duh, Make a martini with them and the lime juice. A Squirrelltini. The only thing that would make this post better would’ve been a graphic of a squirrel wearing an army helmet and a “War on Pauly” expression on his face.

obviously this is an insincere attempt to make a deal: “here are my precious acorns, kind sir. might i trade them for another dip in the tapioca bowl? and would you allow me to bring a few guests?”

be aware that these may be decoys. squirrels cannot be trusted. they’re too … squirrelly (or squirrely, depending on where you live.) make the wrong move and the squirrels win. don’t touch the acorns, pauly.

I think the squirrels are asking for you to dip the acorns in chocolate, that is why they are lined up beside the fridge.

Maybe they are trying to be your friend. They’ve read your previous post and seen that the obvious way to go is to buy your affection! You are the ‘cool kid’ to them, and all they want is to belong….
I think you should take the acorns and either eat them or not, depending about how you feel being the squirrels’ cool kid.
