More Lost Blogs, More Sports Talk

Today’s sports section of the Chicago-Sun Times (pg 108) re-prints a variety of quotes from the sports figures included in The Lost Blogs — such people like Abner Doubleday, Wilt Chamberlain, Babe Ruth and Vince Lombardi.

      Those are both great plugs! I thought it was funny that it’s being covered in two major sports-related publications (or “sports-related section of a major publication” in the CST’s case) so close together instead of being just a normal book review. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen the sports section of the Trib or ST review a book. Maybe I just missed it. So that’s really cool. Congrats on all the positive press, Paul.

      Kevin - Thanks. Yeah, it’s been funny that the sports folks (as well as ESPN which I’ll be appearing on in the coming weeks) have gravitated towards the book in that way…but you’ll never hear me complaining. All press is great press!
