The Choir
November 2nd, 2004
Really, it’s not often I don’t wonder when a children’s choir is going to get around to singing a gloriously enhanced version of the Divinyls’ I Touch Myself.
Other requests include:
AC/DC’s Back in Black
They Might Be Giants’ Birdhouse in Your Soul
Baja Men’s Who Let The Dogs Out?
and
Musical Youth’s Pass The Dutchie

Pass the Dutchie was basically a childrens choir anyway…
But you’ve given me a good project! (Looks around for his old Music Theory books from when he was a music major)…

Oh my! That is classic. I would love to know why the hell anyone would cover that song, let alone a choir. Why is it I can’t get the image of a Catholic boys choir singing this?

Where was this when I got married!?!? Can’t think of a better “walk down the isle” song.

One year when the University of Texas played at Baylor University, a Baptist school, the Texas Band played Amazing Grace and Baylor played some Led Zepplen song.
One time at band camp…..
