have you thought of trying a local anesthesia? it might fix that falling asleep problem.

For the record, one must shave first, sterilize second, though sterilization is a misnomer. To be sterilized, you’d have to stick yourself in an autoclave. Now THAT would hurt. Rather, you’re aseptically scrubbed for surgery. Just a little technical info for the you that would have learned THAT on the first day of residency.
